90-98 Whitefoord is a rezoning proposal by SLR Investments that is seeking to take almost 1 acre of land at the corner of Whitefoord Ave & Finley St. in the Edgewood Neighborhood from r5 (Single Family/Duplex) to MRMU (Multi-Unit “Missing Middle”  Housing up to 12 units). By doing so SLR is hoping to partner with the Neighbors of Edgewood & NPU-O to rethink what’s possible & create an incredible collection of new homes.
